Expungement offices.

The expungement office for each county is housed within the circuit solicitor’s office. Find the county where you were arrested or convicted, and click the link to visit the website for that circuit’s solicitor’s office. If the site has a dedicated expungement page, it is linked here. If not, the link will take you to the general contact information for the office. Call and ask to be connected with the expungement division.

 

First Circuit - Calhoun, Orangeburg, and Dorchester Counties

Second Circuit - Aiken, Barnwell, and Bamberg Counties

Third Circuit - Clarendon, Lee, Sumter, and Williamsburg Counties

Fourth Circuit - Chesterfield, Darlington, Dillon, and Marlboro Counties

Fifth Circuit - Kershaw and Richland Counties

Sixth Circuit - Chester, Fairfield, and Lancaster Counties

Seventh Circuit - Cherokee and Spartanburg Counties
